Perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space! 3rd floor living area includes: 2 couches, 2 chairs, family games and books, and 75” flat screen TV, panoramic ocean views. **DOUBLE FRONT AND BACK DECKS: There are two decks on both the front and back of the house, with additional seating. The front-facing decks offer beautiful ocean views. The top deck boasts the “best seats in the house”! The rear-facing decks overlook the private pool area. On the 2nd floor deck, you’ll find a convenient dining table, great for outdoor meals or playing board games. **KITCHEN INFO: Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, mini fridge, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse style sink. Additional: 4-slot toaster, Keurig with single serve and drip coffee, additional 12-cup drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, 10-qt crock pot, waffle maker, Ninja blender. Kids’ plates, cups and utensils. Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd. Bar seating for 6, dining table seating for 10, with additional table seating on 2nd floor back deck and 2nd floor indoor dining table. **POOL INFO: Private 31’ x 11’ in-ground saltwater pool with accent lighting – great for a night swim! Accessible from the 2nd floor and first level of the house. Picnic table, additional seating. Enclosed outdoor shower. *OPTIONAL HEATED POOL IN SPRING or FALL. Average price per day is $75. Hot and cold water outdoor shower. Some beach and pool toys available in large closet on 1st floor. The elevator goes from the 1st floor to the 2nd and 3rd floor, perfect for carrying luggage and groceries. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest.
